Bumpcasso Art on Display at “Yes We Can”

Opening Reception on April 28, 4 p.m.


North Hempstead, NY –Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board are pleased to announce that the President Barack Obama Series by the world renowned artist Bumpcasso will be on display at the gallery at the North Hempstead “Yes We Can” Community Center in Westbury. The reception for this art exhibit will take place on Saturday, April 28 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Bumpcasso is a painter from Atlanta Georgia who has been commissioned and painted famous subjects around the country. He is well known for his Michael Jackson and Barack Obama collections, among many others. Bumpcasso has parlayed that artistic genius into a vast array of paintings that showcase his technical mastery of diverse mediums. He creates on canvas, utilizing oils, watercolors, clay and wood. Bumpcasso’s experience and persistence as an artist have led to commissioned works for wall murals, portraits, and abstracts. On display at “Yes We Can” is the President Barack Obama Series which includes 11 paintings depicting the presidency of Barack Obama.

The reception is open to the public and light refreshments will be served.
