Town Council Member Lee R. Seeman Re-Elected with 57% of the Vote

North Hempstead, NY – North Hempstead Town Council Member Lee R. Seeman (5th District) was re-elected on November 7 to a four-year term with 3,979 votes, or a 57% margin of victory over her opponent.

“I would like to thank the constituents of the Fifth District who have chosen me to once again represent them,” said Council Member Seeman. “It is a privilege and an honor to be able to continue my work in the district and to continue to serve the wonderful Town of North Hempstead.”

Council Member Seeman was first elected in November 2005. She represents the 5th District of the Town of North Hempstead which includes North New Hyde Park, Garden City Park, Floral Park and the villages of Saddle Rock, Great Neck Estates, Great Neck Plaza, Russell Gardens, University Gardens, Lake Success and other unincorporated areas.

Seeman will begin her fourth full-term as Council Member on January 1, 2018. The swearing in ceremony will take place on January 7, 2018.
