North Hempstead, NY – The Town of North Hempstead’s award-winning, non-commercial government channel North Hempstead TV (NHTV) will be premiering two brand new programs on Monday, October 12th on Channel 18/63 on Cablevision and Channel 46 on Verizon FIOS.
